At INTERSPORT, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and accessories are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or INTERSPORT retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the quality of your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
